InfoTrack for Unified Communications

InfoTrack for Unified Communications (IUC) is a forward-looking, demand-based program that quantifies customer plans to adopt Unified Communications applications. IUC provides market analysts, strategic planners, product managers and senior management with timely and insightful intelligence on the needs, perspectives and purchasing intentions of enterprise and small and medium sized (SMB) decision-makers. Clients use it to help direct investment dollars into new technologies, new offers and sales strategies that meet the self-described objectives and plans of their target customers.

IUC is a survey-based program that queries InfoTrack’s database of approximately 20,000 enterprise and SMB decision-makers, both in the U.S. and internationally. The international market is analyzed in a separate section and is typically included with the U.S. SMB results.

Every year InfoTrack publishes an IUC framework for the year defining the topics and questions to be pursued in these studies. Clients are encouraged to suggest topics and specific questions for inclusion in the surveys.

IUC is sold as an annual subscription. Subscribers receive six reports during the course of the year, which are currently as follows.
